추가요청 – General Declarations

비자 신청하시면서 많이 하시는 실수중 하나가 declarations 부분입니다.

모두 YES 로 답을 하셔야 하는데, NO 로 답하셔서 관련 내용으로 추가요청이 오는 것입니다.

IMMI Request Checklist and Details 에서 내용을 확인하시면 다음과 같은 내용 확인이 가능합니다.

보통 General Declarations 라는 내용으로오는데 종종 Other requirements 라는 내용으로도 옵니다.

그리고 다음장을 보시면 다음과 같은 내용 확인이 가능합니다.

Request Detail

General Declarations

An answer you provided in your application has triggered the Department to request that
you answer the following declaration/s again. Please answer YES or NO to the following
declaration/s individually.

1. The information provided in my application form is complete, correct and up-to-date.

2. I understand that if any fraudulent documents or false or misleading information has been
provided in my application or if I fail to satisfy the Minister of my identity, my application may
be refused and I, and any member of my family unit, may become unable to be granted a
visa for a specified period of time.

3. I understand that if documents are found to be fraudulent or information to be incorrect
after the grant of a visa, the visa may subsequently be cancelled.

4. I have read and understand the information provided to me at the beginning of application,
I am aware of the conditions that will apply to my visa and that I am required to abide by
them.

5. I understand that the visa I am applying for does not permit me to be employed in Australia
with one employer for more than 6 months.

6. I understand that the visa I am applying for does not permit me to undertake studies or
training for more than 4 months.

7. I have sufficient funds for the initial period of my stay in Australia and for the fare to my
intended overseas destination on leaving Australia.

8. Any employment is incidental to my holiday in Australia and the purpose of working is to
supplement my holiday funds.

9. I am applying for a Working Holiday visa for the first time and have not previously entered
Australia on a Working Holiday visa (on a passport of any country).

10. I will respect Australian values as listed at the beginning of this application, during my
stay in Australia and will obey the laws of Australia.

11. If granted a visa, I will advise the Australian Government of any change in my
circumstances.

12. I have read the information contained in the Privacy Notice (Form 1442i).

13. I understand the department may collect, use and disclose my personal information
(including biometric information and other sensitive information) as outlined in the Privacy
Notice (Form 1442i).

You should provide the requested declarations by attaching the information to your
application through ImmiAccount. This will ensure that the information is attached
immediately to your application. You will be able to confirm our receipt of the attachments
by viewing them through ImmiAccount. You do not need to email us to tell us you have
uploaded documentation.

워드에 붙이시고, 각 질문에 YES 로 답하시면 됩니다.

그리고 해당 파일을 immiaccount 에 업로드 하시면 됩니다.
